We have used Winducks for Christmas lights install ( 2 years) and take down, as well as window washing in the Spring. Appointments are easy to make and there is excellent communication from the Winducks team. They are professional, they work safely (follow all safety protocols) and we have been very happy with the results of their work.
We have had Winducks do our Christmas lights for the last 3 winter seasons. My husband and I are seniors and it is no longer safe for my husband to climb to the second story of our house to hang our beautiful Christmas lights. I was so sad until I found Winducks. Winducks did an amazing job putting up my Govee Christmas lights! I had wanted my lights up before November and they were able to squeeze me in. Waqas and his technician kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with how the lights were looking as they were being installed; the attention to detail made my house look beautiful! When I had a minor issue a few days after installation, Winducks was quick to resolve it. I am extremely happy with the work Winducks has completed and am looking forward to working with them again.
Had Govee permanent strip lights installed, the staff who did them were professional and courteous. They did a great job! What would have taken me a day to do they did in a couple of hours. The price was reasonable and I was charged the quoted cost.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Last week my basement flooded due to a plugged eavestrough. Luckily, I caught it early. However, the plugged eavestrough was clearly the root cause and rain was forecast for the next day. I consulted my Microsoft copilot for a list of the best rated eavestrough companies in Edmonton that were also known for being responsive to clients. A couple of companies came up, and this company was one of them. When I called around 4 PM that day they told me they were slammed with client requests and fully booked for at least a week. However, once it came up in conversation that I’d had water in my basement the representative (nicknamed Q) went above and beyond to help me out. After finding out no one in the crew was available he said he’d personally come out to clean my gutters. He arrived at 5:30 pm that evening and within half a hour completed the job at a reasonable price. He was professional, personable and highly skilled and has gained a loyal customer for life. His client responsiveness saved me a lot of time, money and stress by treating the root cause of my basement flooding. His willingness to “go the extra mile’ for a customer speaks volumes about him and this company’ commitment to excellent client service and quality work. Thank you!
Derek did a great job cleaning the exterior windows of my split level. Pleasant, courteous and efficient. Went back to work off a spot that was stubborn with no hesitation. Explained that he would come back if there were still spots left after the water evaporated. Would highly recommend.

Hired Winducks to clean our solar panels as they had become grimy from tree sap and dust. They were the lowest quote and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were courteous and did a thorough job. They used de-ionized water brushes, the cleaning process our solar installer recommended. I would highly recommend them.
